POPULATION PROBLEN IN BANGLADESH

Population problem is one of the main problems in Bangladesh. It is a small country. More than 16 corers people live in the small country. But her population is increasing day by day.

Food, clothing, education, medicine and shelter are basic necessaries of life. Again every year natural calamities damage our food crops. Every year the country faces food crisis. So the country cannot feed her people well.

The population is increasing day by day but food production is not increasing rapidly. As a result there is the shortage of food.

The area of Bangladesh is too small to support her vast population. As a result, it creates the following problems.

There are crowds everywhere in buses, trains, bazaars, schools, collages etc. people climb on the roof of the buses and trains to travel one to another as there is no room inside. This causes the accident.

In the field of employment this condition is hazardous. For one single vacant post there will be thousand candidates. Thousands of people are out of work in the country.

The area of Bangladesh is too small to arrange shelter for the large number of population. in our country some people sleep under the open sky, under the large tree, at railway station.
Health is wealth but our people are suffering from many diseases. Many children of our country are blind because they do not get enough nutrition. Our children often suffer in diarrhea.

The increasing people pollute our environment by making latrines on the bank of rivers and canals. Human waste pollutes our environments.

We should all come forward to solve this problem. The value of small family should be understood by all. People should be educated.

The government should take some measures to popularize family planning. It is a matter of hope that the people have understood the danger of this problem.
